Meet the Team...
Kelley Lawrence, Vice President, Health Services
Kelley is responsible for overseeing the operations of Berkeley Square, Westover and Jamestowne, including all health services, hospitality and sales. Kelley began her career as a rehabilitation social worker and was inspired to obtain her administrator’s license. Kelley has been an administrator for 15 years.
Amy Wylie, Assistant Vice President, Health Services/Westover & Jamestowne Administrator
Since joining Community First as the Director of Colonial at Home in 2015, Amy has held a variety of leadership roles in diverse service lines. In her role as Assistant Vice President of Health Services, Amy brings additional on-site leadership as Nursing Home Administrator at our Westover and Jamestowne campuses but also provides the entire Health Services leadership team support to focus on quality and resident satisfaction across campuses.
Katie Crank, Director of Sales, Independent Living/ Director of Development
Since 1992, Katie has worked in many different roles within Community First and her connection to our organization spans many services and many generations. Katie cultivates a culture of philanthropy while building relationships and helping individuals connect with projects and programs that have special importance to their lives. Katie feels fortunate to work in an organization that is a leader in the industry and vital to the Butler County community.
Rica Heflin, Director of Resident Services, Berkeley Square
Rica has worked at Berkeley Square for over 19 years, and she values each and every person she has the opportunity to interact with. In her time at Berkeley, she has enjoyed working with and meeting residents and visitors. She is proud to be part of the growth of Community First and is passionate about making a difference in the community.
Karen Pendleton, Assistant Vice President, Quality & Risk Management
With over 35 years of experience, Karen began her career as a nursing assistant and worked her way up while gaining invaluable insights along the way. Throughout her impressive career, she has held vital roles such as RN Supervisor, MDS Coordinator, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, Staff Educator, and Corporate Compliance Director.
Miranda Sitchanoff, Assistant Vice President, Health Services
Miranda has worked in the long term care industry since 2002. In her role, Miranda serves as the administrator at Berkeley Square, and also oversees and assists in day-to-day operations at Jamestowne and Westover. As an administrator, Miranda is passionate about overcoming challenges and working to help staff members succeed. In her spare time, Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
Jen Chitwood, Director of Nursing, Westover
Jen has spent her nursing career employed at Community First Solutions since December of 2008. Jen has served as an LPN Staff Nurse, Nurse Manager, and Lead MDS Coordinator. Her experience in all of these roles equips her with outstanding insight to fulfill her role as Director of Nursing at Westover. Jen is a natural born leader, a strong staff mentor, and a true supporter of teamwork. Jen is dedicated to the Community First mission and takes pride in serving others.
Wendy Brown, Director of Nursing, Berkeley Square
With over 34 years of experience in nursing, Wendy brings tremendous knowledge and know-how to her newest role with Community First Solutions. Having started at Community First as a nurse supervisor in 1996, Wendy has continued to grow her career through various leadership roles across many of Community First's campuses. These include MDS Nurse, Director of Nursing at both Westover and Jamestowne, and Assistant Vice President of Quality Control and Compliance. Her leadership style puts importance on being present for each resident or patient while always serving with compassion.
Stephanie Braudrick, Vice President of Sales
Stephanie's role helps develop and sustain a high-performing sales culture and strategic direction for our senior living communities, as well as other service lines within our organization. An industry veteran with over two decades of experience in senior living, Stephanie has proven leadership expertise in driving performance for multi-state and national independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.
Jeremy Brown, Director of Sales, Assisted Living & Memory Care
Since graduation from UC in 2009, Jeremy has been in healthcare for over 15 years. Prior to his current role, he served as a social worker for older adults and served as a long-term ombudsman. Jeremy has also held the role of Nursing Home Administrator. In his current role, Jeremy guides families and older adults through the decision-making process of choosing assisted living or memory care at Berkeley Square and Westover communities.
