Shelley Henderson, Senior Director of Sales Strategy 
Shelly joined Community First in 2010 with over 11 years in the senior living industry and 15 years in the hospitality industry. From developing ongoing relationships and friendships with residents to providing education on independent and assisted living, Shelly is passionate and dedicated to each and every individual served by Community First.

Katie Crank, Director of Development
Since 1992, Katie has worked in many different roles within Community First and her connection to our organization spans many services and many generations. Katie cultivates a culture of philanthropy while building relationships and helping individuals connect with projects and programs that have special importance to their lives. Katie feels fortunate to work in an organization that is a leader in the industry and vital to the Butler County community.

Rica Heflin, Director of Resident Services, Berkeley Square 
Rica has worked at Berkeley Square for over 19 years, and she values each and every person she has the opportunity to interact with. In her time at Berkeley, she has enjoyed working with and meeting residents and visitors. She is proud to be part of the growth of Community First and is passionate about making a difference in the community.

Emily Farkas, Director of Nursing, Berkeley Square 
With 15 years of healthcare experience, Emily joined the Community First Team in 2019.  Over the course of her time at CFS she has worked as an LPN staff nurse and RN manager at all three campuses. She is now the Director of Nursing at Berkeley Square. Emily is passionate about teamwork and being able to support the needs of the staff to ensure the best quality resident care is provided.

Jen Chitwood, Director of Nursing, Westover 
Jen has spent her nursing career employed at Community First Solutions since December of 2008. Jen has served as an LPN Staff Nurse, Nurse Manager, and Lead MDS Coordinator. Her experience in all of these roles equips her with outstanding insight to fulfill her role as Director of Nursing at Westover. Jen is a natural born leader, a strong staff mentor, and a true supporter of teamwork. Jen is dedicated to the Community First mission and takes pride in serving others.

Poppie Guidugli, Director of Nursing, Jamestowne 
Poppie has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami. She brings a strong experience of providing outstanding clinical care in a rapidly changing nursing environment.  Poppie has spent the majority of her career serving as an Emergency Department Nurse, and completed specialized healthcare leadership programs. Poppie lives in Hamilton with her husband, son and two dogs. While she is not working, she enjoys her time traveling, hiking, eating, and exploring.

Miranda Sitchanoff, Assistant Vice President, Health Services 
Miranda has worked in the long term care industry since 2002. In her role, Miranda serves as the administrator at Berkeley Square, and also oversees and assists in day-to-day operations at Jamestowne and Westover. As an administrator, Miranda is passionate about overcoming challenges and working to help staff members succeed. In her spare time, Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.

Amy Wylie, Assistant Vice President, Health Services
Since joining Community First as the Director of Colonial at Home in 2015, Amy has held a variety of leadership roles in diverse service lines.  In her role as Assistant Vice President of Health Services, Amy brings additional on-site administrative leadership to support our Westover campus but also provides the entire Health Services leadership team support to focus on quality and resident satisfaction across campuses.

Kelley Lawrence, Vice President, Health Services
Kelley is responsible for overseeing the operations of Berkeley Square, Westover and Jamestowne, including all health services, hospitality and sales. Kelley began her career as a rehabilitation social worker and was inspired to obtain her administrator’s license. Kelley has been an administrator for 15 years.
