As a nonprofit organization, our mission drives our organizational priorities, and we reinvest our revenue into expanding programs and services for residents and clients. We are committed to lifetime care— which means you can have peace of mind knowing that your needs will be met no matter what the future may bring.
Entrance Fee
As a member of our community, residents will pay a one-time entrance fee. This is an investment in our community and a commitment to support our nonprofit mission. Entrance fees ensure we are able to maintain our commitment to providing lifetime access to all levels of care. Entrance fees also support capital improvements in the community, helping to ensure that our campus is always beautiful and well-maintained.
Financial Terms
Non-refundable portion (30%) will be paid at contract signing.
A refundable portion (70%) of the residency fee depreciates over 5 years.
Monthly Rate
Your monthly rate covers many of the bills that you would pay at your house including your mortgage or rent, interior and exterior maintenance, security, property tax and homeowners insurance. However this rate also includes a variety of lifestyle and recreational services and amenities that make living here a priceless experience.
