COVID-19 Updates

  • We are exercising an abundance of caution to protect the health and safety of more than 350 individuals residing on our Berkeley Square and Westover and campuses.

  • 98% of all residents living in the main building of our Berkeley Square and Westover campuses have been fully vaccinated.

  • 79% of our health services staff have been fully vaccinated.

  • We continue to offer vaccination for new residents and staff.

  • We have resumed socially distanced small group activities for residents living within our main buildings.

  • Our beauticians have been fully vaccinated and we are offering private appointments for salon services for residents within the main buildings.

  • Residents within the main building may schedule individual workouts at our Elements Wellness Center, including use of the pool at each campus.

  • Our Trips & Travel program, Elements Wellness Center, The Coach House Tavern & Grille, and First Financial Bank office (Berkeley Square) remain closed to the public at this time.

  • We highly discourage residents from leaving the campus. New admissions or residents leaving campus for any non-medical event will be screened upon re-entry and quarantined for a period of 14 days.

  • We reviewed all cleaning products to ensure items used on our campuses meet EPA approved emerging viral pathogens guidelines. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection across all campuses.

  • To protect the health and safety of all who live and work on our healthcare campuses, we have recently secured Phenomenal Aire Cold Plasma Generators to be installed at Berkeley Square, Westover and Jamestowne. These systems act as a natural scrubbing agent for the air passing through to remove dust, mold, pollen, bacteria, virus es and harmful pathogens. Our new Cold Plasma Generators will boost our existing HVAC systems by providing and electric field filled with highly-charged ions which help disable viruses and other harmful microorganisms in the air on high-touch surfaces like tables, counter tops, and door knobs.

  • Communal dining will reconvene with lunch service on March 1st. We continue to honor special dietary needs and modifications, as well as support residents who require feeding assistance, and supervision during meals.

  • All staff entering our Berkeley Square, Westover and Jamestowne campuses are required to be screened upon arrival.

  • When Butler County’s positivity rate is greater than 10% we will test residents and staff twice weekly.

  • Staff are getting creative and working hard to help residents stay active and engaged, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • We have established family email lists and continue to provide weekly updates to residents and loved ones.

  • Our communities are rallying to care for one another! Residents have surprised one another by leaving meals on porches, starting a daily joke phone tree, and leaving encouraging signs for staff and neighbors.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through the COVID-19 Pandemic. Please be assured that we are making every effort to keep your loved one safe, healthy and engaged.
