COVID-19 Updates

HEALTH SERVICES - BERKELEY SQUARE & WESTOVER

Following CMS Guidance, we have removed visitation restrictions for all of our campuses, while carefully following proper infection prevention practices.  Click here to read our current visitation guidance.

  • We are exercising an abundance of caution to protect the health and safety of more than 350 individuals residing on our Berkeley Square and Westover and campuses.

  • We continue to offer vaccination for new residents and staff.

  • We have resumed all activities for residents living within our main buildings.

  • Our beauticians have been fully vaccinated and we are offering appointments for salon services for residents within the main buildings.

  • Residents and vaccinated members may workout at our Elements Wellness Center, including use of the pool at each campus.

  • We reviewed all cleaning products to ensure items used on our campuses meet EPA approved emerging viral pathogens guidelines. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection across all campuses.

  • To protect the health and safety of all who live and work on our healthcare campuses, we have recently secured Phenomenal Aire Cold Plasma Generators to be installed at Berkeley Square, Westover and Jamestowne. These systems act as a natural scrubbing agent for the air passing through to remove dust, mold, pollen, bacteria, virus es and harmful pathogens. Our new Cold Plasma Generators will boost our existing HVAC systems by providing and electric field filled with highly-charged ions which help disable viruses and other harmful microorganisms in the air on high-touch surfaces like tables, counter tops, and door knobs.

  • All staff AND VISITORS entering our Berkeley Square, Westover and Jamestowne campuses are required to be screened upon arrival and wear masks in the main building with the exception of private resident rooms.

  • When Butler County’s positivity rate is greater than 10% we will test unvaccinated residents and staff twice weekly.

  • We have established family email lists and continue to provide updates to residents and loved ones.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through the COVID-19 Pandemic. Please be assured that we are making every effort to keep your loved one safe, healthy and engaged.
